Orange Garden apartments is a recent acquisition that will be rehabilitated. The project will feature 52 apartments, a pool, a furnished community room, computer room, a tot lot and on site parking. All will be available to those who earn 30%-60% of the areas median income for the cost of $441.00 to $944.00 a month. The indoor rehabilitation will include extensive refurbishing, new paint, new appliances and new carpeting. Outdoor renovations will include landscaping, new fencing, and a new paint job for the entire property.
