Project Description:

Formerly an ailing market rate property, Sage Pointe is now a renovated, 40-unit community consisting of 31 one and two bedroom units. The rehabilitation of this development has been very extensive and includes a complete remodel of each unit. Some of these features include: new kitchen appliances, new electrical (heating and AC) and plumbing fixtures throughout the apartments. Low VOC paint was used to repaint both interior and exterior of the community. The landscape of the property was extensively refurbished and a water conservation irrigation system installed. There are new barbeques and courtyard benches and last but not least, a new tot lot for the community to enjoy.
