We will utilize progressive technologies and clean strategies that minimize energy and power demands; we will conserve natural resources, reduce potable water use, and employ rapidly renewable materials, all to improve indoor air quality and human health and performance. We will continue to optimize building locations on urban infill and Brownfield sites, enlightened building design and management. We will reduce, reuse and recycle to minimize landfill waste. We will meet or exceed laws and regulations and, whenever possible, use materials and emerging technologies that set new standards for environmental excellence.
